Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or other serious misconduct.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding service availability, accuracy, or fitness for particular purposes.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Financial planning involves inherent risks, and outcomes may vary significantly based on individual circumstances and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
